Learning Styles for Kids
“A learning style is the way in which an individual begins to concentrate on, process, absorb and retain new and difficult information.” -Drs. Rita Dunn & Kenneth Dunn.
Based on the The Dunn & Dunn Model of Learning Style, there are 21 different factors that affect your ability to concentrate and learn. Knowing your individual learning style can be the difference between good grades or poor grades, excited learning or frustration, reaching potential or falling short.
To assess your individual learning style I recommend our 15 minute learning styles test on our sister site, www.learningstylesforkids.com, offered for kids, teens & adults.
After you take this test, come back and comment by telling us a few of your learning preferences!
